Greetings Hiatt!

The staff at Hiatt is excited to welcome students back on October 26 for hybrid learning. There will be some changes for students who are coming in the building. All students must wear a face mask at all times that covers their mouth and nose, gaiters are not an acceptable face covering. We will be following social distancing practices in the school building.

In an effort to limit student contact, we are asking students to enter and exit from a designated door. When students arrive at school, they will be offered a breakfast and head directly to their Cohort room. If your student arrives to school after 8:30 they should enter through the Circle Drive entrance. At the end of the day, please use the lot on 15th Street to pick up your student.

All student schedules will change on October 26. Your student’s advisory teacher is a good resource and should have been in contact with you to share what doors your student should enter and exit from and the new class schedule. Beginning on October 26, all students, virtual and hybrid, should log into their classes at the newly scheduled times.

P2 9:40-10:43
P3 (lunch) 10:43-12:16

Infinite Campus is updated and lists your learning model selection (Virtual Cohort, Mon/Tues Cohort, or Thurs/Fri cohort). Please review this information on your student’s Schedule in Infinite Campus.

Lockers will not be used this year; students should bring their computer, charging cord, headphones, and any other supplies that their teachers have communicated daily to school. Outside food will not be allowed in the classrooms; however, students can bring water bottles.

Thank you for partnering with us!
