The DMPS Social Studies Department is organizing the 4th trip to the nation’s capital for DMPS 8th graders. These students will have an opportunity to spend a week exploring Washington DC during spring break (March 15-19).

On July 31st 2014, all incoming 6th Graders will have the opportunity to visit Hiatt. Hosted by the Success Program, the day will include activities to build leadership skills, discovering everything you need to know about Hiatt and learning the secret to opening your locker in record time. The start of a new and exciting school year is quickly approaching. Amos Hiatt Middle School will host registration August 6th from 8:30 AM-6:30 PM and August 7th from 9:30 AM-4:30 PM. At Hiatt we understand that this time of year can be busy for families and because of this we have opened up two weeks in the month of July for early registration.
