Free Sports Physicals from the Iowa Clinic
DMPS Students in grades 6th-12th will have the opportunity to sign-up for a free sports physical. The physicals last for 13 months which will allow your student to participate in athletics all next year. There are several dates and times for this event. You can attend any school for the physical regardless of what school you actually attend. Walk-ins are accepted, but we would prefer for you to sign up in advance. These clinics are FREE and open to all students needing a sports physical for this school year.
